Medications

Medications

All student prescription medications are to be labelled and kept in the Office.  All prescription medications to be administered at school require a form, signed by parent and doctor. This form must be updated each year.  Please check with the office if your child requires this service.

** All student medication is to be brought into the school by an adult and unused medication is to be picked up by an adult. No medication should be traveling with students to or from school.
